So Long Neighbors

Last night was a bittersweet night for our family, as we had to say good-bye to our next-door neighbors, Rob, Melanie & Zoe. They left this morning for their new home in Louisville, Kentucky. (Yes, they are moving to Kentucky by choice. Stranger things have happened, I suppose. ;) ) We are selfishly sad to see them go, but are also happy that they are doing what is best for their family.

They have been great neighbors and friends for us this past year. They actually moved in the same week as we did last year. Jackson LOVES their family and says "Rahb" and "Oh-A" (that's Zoe without a "z" in case you are wondering) all the time. We had them over for dinner last night and had a great time visiting with them one last time before they left. They promise that they will come back and visit, so we know we'll see them again someday. Until then, whomever moves in next door is going to have some big shoes to fill.

Good luck in Kentucky Rob, Mel & Zoe! We'll miss you!
